19 Ton Refrigerated Fish Holds - your catch will go directly into refrigerated salt water (RSW) to ensure maximum freshness. With this process, your catch will arrive at the dock in a sashimi grade condition.
Fillet and fish processing service is available dockside for a small fee.

The Red Rooster III is what a sportfishing yacht is all about. Its 105 feet of fishing luxury that was custom built for long range fishing with extensive use of teak throughout. Her main salon includes an entertainment center and ample room for relaxing. You can enjoy the fresh ocean breeze on her spacious sun deck. There is a tremendous amount of fishing room with her 227 feet of rail space.
