Finished the trip off with some nice Reds and Lings for the morning
. Headed up in beautiful weather and calm seas. We will be home in
the morning and leave tomorrow on another 8 day trip. Bluefin Jim

Nice day today with action on wahoo. Weather got nice and the wahoo
turned on!

Nice day on the yellows and quality tuna. Windy again today but
comfortable on the anchor while catching these good grade fish. Wind
should start to back off tomorrow and let us move around

The EPP fish rods 8 day started with a bang today. Again this
incredible tuna fishing on day one ending with a worn out bunch of
guys. Heading south tonight in hopes of yellowtail and Wahoo
tomorrow.

More Yellowtail in the mix today . The big tuna were still in
the mix but a lot of the guys were hungry for these nice
yellows. Heading up the beach tonight.

The amazing tuna fishing continues with a great day down here.
Going to give it another half day and start moving up the line.

Great day on the wahoo. The grade was impressive with a lot of 40 to
60 pound wahoo. Hopefully this holds up for a while.

Nice start today with tuna and wahoo. Weather was a little
choppy but looks better for tomorrow with high hopes of some
more nice fish.

Travelling south today with very nice weather . We will start
fishing tomorrow morning with the Seagar Nomad 8 day trip. Looks
like good weather this week. Hoping for a good start in the
morning.

Finished up this morning with nice Vermillion reds and Lingcod.
Heading up the line with grease calm weather and should be in
early tomorrow and out on another high impact 6 day trip to the
Ridge!!
Had a nice day picking at yellows from spot to spot. Had a couple of
good flurries to keep the guys busy with really nice weather.
Heading up to finish off with some rock cod and Lings.

Had a nice sprinkle of quality yellow tail today. The impressive
tuna were still around and we were able
to catch what they wanted and release a lot of fish throughout
the day. Heading up in hopes of findimg a few more yellows
tomorrow.

dark and the people were wiped out.

Uneventful today working our way op the line. Good weather but slow
speed going up. Made a few short stops on the beach only to find
cold green water. Looks like good weather travelling up tonight.

Wahoo fishing today!!! Spotty but enough to stay busy. short
stopping most of the afternoon. For the most part one at a time
with a few doubles but tough on the bombs. Bait fish was best.

Picked at yellows again this morning .
The tuna moved in early and
disrupted the yellowtail fishing
but had a lot of fun releasing 50
to 70 pound fish
until we took off for the Rocks .
We will be doing
some trolling tomorrow in hopes of a few wahoo. |

Amazing Ridge fishing today.
Nice yellowtail from 18 to 25 pounds and tuna from 50 to 75
pounds.
Weather is nice with a warm water temp of 77 degrees.

We continued to catch this nice fish until late afternoon.
The wind came up and the fish went down.
We took off before dinner to head to the ridge
in hopes of more action tomorrow .

Nice day of travel and rigging on our way down. Larry Brown and
his 8 day trip will be fishing tomorrow morning.
Nice weather and a great raffle for LA rod and reel club. Steve
Abel bags. Abet reels, Phenix Rods and Izorline were part of the
raffle. Redondo Dive and Surf is well appreciated for the
wetsuit donation.

yesterday. But we’re managing some nice ones.

and lings to finish the morning . Travelling up has been like this

Nice day of variety fishing with yellowtail and White Seabass.
Spotty fishing overall but stayed busy throughout the day with what
we had to work with. We will keep heading up the beach tonight and
try for more variety tomorrow.

Great morning on quality tuna on the anchor. Picked off a few yellows in
the mix as well. Really nice fish the tuna, 30 to 70 pounds with a lot
of kite action.

Amazing fishing from dawn to dusk on quality yellowfin tuna.
Explosive action on long drifts throughout the day. Tomorrow we are
going to try for yellowtail.

Nice start this morning on this beautiful grade yellowfin . Really
explosive out of the gate . Things tapered off into kite bites to
keep us alive . Early yet and hoping for more today!

warm conditions with a steady pace throughout the day.

various kelps. Pretty spotty!
